"To be honest, it’s hard to put into words the difference having Dru at our wedding day made to us. We got married on 27th November 2021, the day after storm Arwen battered the North East. Our venue was without electricity, water & heating, which as you can imagine threw us many obstacles during the day. Having such a professional like Dru on our day, made it - we 100% wouldn’t have got married, or have any kind of day without him there. His determination to give us the best day we could under the circumstances is something my husband and I will never forget, he went above and beyond for us. He produced the most gorgeous images of us and our families, in a dark church with minimal “day light”, and caught us at our best moments, smiling and embracing the day for what it was. He rallied around our friends and family, as he had a fab idea of guests using phone torches for extra lighting for when I was coming up the aisle - something I am so grateful for, as to be honest, I wouldn’t have been able to see! The only lighting in our venue, was his photography lights. There is many talented photographers in the world - however, the people behind the lens is what counts. Their work ethic, morals, and ensuring you have the best day of your lives - and Dru did everything he could to make this possible for us. Thank you so much Dru for everything - if I ever need any events photographed again - I will always use him in a heartbeat. Thank you for producing the memories in photos we wanted to remember from our day - sharing the love with all our friends and family."

"Where do I start? Without doubt the most talented and hard-working photographer I've ever met, Dru is also lovely and charismatic and a superb addition to anybody's wedding day. He was really supportive when we had to move our wedding date and venue, and I always knew we'd be in safe hands but he's proved me right over and over! His eye for the perfect photo is incredible; every single moment is captured phenomenally well. I just can't imagine what our wedding would have looked like if we'd not asked Dru to shoot it!
Dru worked his socks off from start to finish, group shots were done quickly so everyone could get on with the day, and the couple shots gave me and my now-husband some time together, which we now realise is precious on a hectic wedding day. Neither of us usually love having our photo taken, but not only is Dru so discreet that we barely noticed him taking photos, he also has a way of making posed photos feel effortless, which makes for amazingly natural pictures.
I'd obviously seen Dru's work prior to us booking him, so I knew if he said something would make a good photo then he'd be right... but oh my goodness...! When people say your wedding looks like a Disney fairytale, and the wedding photos have captured that and told our love story - it's no wonder I've shown them to anybody with eyes! I've had heaps of photo compliments from guests... but also many from people who weren't even at the wedding, the photos are that eye-catching!
When we got the full photo package it was the biggest buzz and a huge high all over again. The photos absolutely blew us away - they were so beautiful, magical, creative, full of love and laughter, capturing every expression, emotion and feeling. I wept, I sobbed, I laughed - there is so much power in a photograph! Definitely memories for life and far beyond what we ever imagined. It was also a joy to be able to see our wedding from a different perspective. Things we'd missed... we hadn't, thanks to Dru.

"Dru did the most phenomenal job capturing our wedding.
There’s such an intimacy with your photographer since they’re with you throughout the day, and I’m so glad it was him. He made us feel completely comfortable and at ease, and his professionalism and discretion meant we never felt overwhelmed by the camera. The photos are absolutely stunning — natural, relaxed, and full of emotion.
He somehow managed to capture the big moments and the tiny, special ones too. I felt completely relaxed knowing he was going to capture all the perfect moments, like knowing when the sunset was happening and keeping an eye out for opportunities for a good photo.

You can view his portfolio and instantly see he’s the top of his craft. But it was his caring nature and warmth that made our day as special as we’d hoped it would be. He’s much more than your photographer, he was there guiding us every step of the way. His eye for the perfect shot is incredible and every moment was captured phenomenally.
